SEND

SEND stands for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. It refers to the support and tailored education we provide to children who have learning difficulties or disabilities that make it harder for them to learn compared to their peers.

Our goal is to ensure every child has access to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, where their individual needs are met through personalized teaching methods, resources, and additional support.

Should you need to make contact with anyone in the school this should be done via the school office. Please ask for Mrs Kimpton or Mrs Kendall. If you need to contact the SENDCo, please ask for Mrs Hill, Miss Jacob or Miss Tobin by e-mail or phone call (all hold the National SENDCo Award). The SEND policy and the school offer are up-dated yearly in the school Spring term by the SENDCo and then taken to the Governing Body for approval.
